Cancellation & refund policy



Appointment Confirmation 

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

Clients may reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours before their scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

 

No-Show Policy Clients who do not appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may forfeit their service fee. 

 

Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of biometric and compliance-based services: 

 

• Fingerprinting services are non-refundable once prints have been captured or transmitted. 

• Drug and laboratory testing services are non-refundable once specimen collection has occurred. 

• Background screenings are non-refundable once processing has begun. 

• Passport photo services are non-refundable once photos have been taken. 

• Notary services are non-refundable once notarization is completed. 

 

Refunds will not be issued for services rendered, processing delays caused by third parties, or rejections due to agency requirements beyond our control. 

 

Reschedule Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.

 

Reschedule requests made less than 4 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

 

Appointments may be rescheduled one time without additional charge. Multiple rescheduling requests may require a new booking and payment. 

 

If an appointment is missed without notice, the service fee may be forfeited.
